This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the 97000 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 97000 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all associated services — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Acceptance of these terms is legally binding and is considered to take effect each time you log in, make a deposit, or use any feature available on the 97000 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older and are located in a jurisdiction where use of this service is lawful. It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable local laws.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 97000 platform. Registration requires accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information. You agree not to use another person's identity, false information, or any deceptive means when creating an account. 97000 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and may request supporting documents where deemed necessary.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it. Platform Usage Rules
Users are strictly prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful purpose, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that may compromise the integrity of the platform. The use of automated software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate the betting system is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account termination without notice.
Prohibition on Multiple Accounts
Users found to hold more than one active account, whether directly or through a family member residing at the same address, will have all associated accounts terminated. Any winnings or balances obtained through duplicate accounts may be forfeited at 97000's discretion.
Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the 97000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made using supported Malaysian local payment methods, including online bank transfers, FPX, and available e-wallets at the time of the transaction. The list of accepted payment methods may change based on operational requirements.
Deposit Conditions
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to thresholds set by the platform and may vary depending on the selected payment method. 97000 reserves the right to hold or suspend processing of suspicious transactions while an investigation is conducted. Deposits that fail due to incorrect information provided by the user are entirely the user's responsibility.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. Withdrawal requests are subject to internal security checks and may require additional identity verification. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits vary according to the user's VIP membership tier.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
Any bonus, promotion, or free credit credited to an account is subject to specific wagering requirements before the associated funds can be withdrawn. These requirements will be clearly stated at the time the bonus offer is presented. Failure to meet the wagering requirements within the stipulated period will result in the cancellation of the bonus.

Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Account Suspension & Closure
97000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of any provision in these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud or misconduct; use of unauthorized payment methods; or upon request by the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach may be ineligible to open a new account.
Users may also request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the 97000 support team. Any eligible balance will be refunded upon completion of the required identity verification process.
Platform Liability Limits
The 97000 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no implied or express warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or freedom from technical disruptions. 97000 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
97000's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the claim, subject to any other conditions prescribed by applicable law.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, text, and visual elements on the 97000 platform are the exclusive property of the platform or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these elements without prior written permission. Using the 97000 brand name for commercial or promotional purposes without authorization is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links
The 97000 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for informational convenience only. 97000 has no control over third-party content and accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, security, or privacy policies of any external website. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
Amendments to Terms & Conditions
97000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the website. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by Malaysian law and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
